In the next few weeks, work for your favorite candidate. Get out the phone book and make calls to your friends and neighbors. Put up a sign in your snow-packed yard. Polls show 11 percent of the voters are still undecided on the race to choose a new governor. Undecided voters usually don’t go to the polls. Help them decide!
Voter Information - 3 WAYS YOU CAN VOTE
Vote Early January 11 - January 28
Cook County Voters can vote at any Cook County Early Voting Facility Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including Northbrook Village Hall, Wheeling Township Hall*, and the Clerk’s Main Office in Downtown Chicago*. Details for Cook County Early Voting Locations can be found here. (*Indicates early voting center is also open on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)

Vote by Mail until January 28
No excuse is needed to vote by absentee ballot.
The County Clerk must receive your Application to Vote by Mail by Jan 28. Voters can download a form here.

At the annual Palatine/Wheeling Township Democratic Picnic and Fundraiser, Committeewomen Sue Walton and Kathleen Sances broke a long tradition of no endorsement for primary candidates by endorsing Comptroller Dan Hynes for Governor. They feel the state is in crisis and in need of strong leadership to address the fiscal concerns.
